Dont go to Malta its shit. So disappointed. Hardly any beaches or places to get in the water as its mostly cliffs which are nothing special even though there are loads marked as tourist attractions its nothing special. Gozo is just malta but smaller with less on it, nothing special at all. Food is shit. The whole place is overcrowded with barely ANYTHING to do anywhere. The very few beaches on there are overcrowded. One upside is the public transport. Unlimited bus ticket for like €20. Went to a sicilian restaurant as i thought you cant go wrong with pizza. Turns out you can, and when i sent it back they brought me an identical one back in which you pick it up by the crust and it all instantly falls off in a slop heap. I said what do i eat this with? A spoon? They said its how they cook it in sicily.
The architecture is a joke. Entire place is a mish mash of totally random buildings and construction its so ugly. Few pretty places but all in all, Malta is a massive let down. Mdina is boring as hell, nothing to do there dont go. Valetta is alright at best. Honestly go somewhere else
