Going to Ha Long Bay and Nihn Bihn for just one day is a huge mistake. At the very least, Halong bay requires to stay one night, while Nihn Bihn requires two full days as a minimum

Pls recommend a good pho place. Checked the Michelin ones and they have so many bad reviews . Have a sensitive stomach so need to visit a good clean eatery
