When staying in Tokyo you need to experience its crazy NIGHTLIFE! And you can see that in my new video here: https://youtu.be/0h97ZAyANC4
The rooster at 9:45 caught me off guard haha😂. Good information overall.
Kawagoe is also recommended. In just 30 minutes from Tokyo, you can enjoy the cityscape of warehouse manufacturing that has been going on since the Edo period.
Tokyo does not have the tallest tower in the world
I, Japanese, recommend go to various Ramen shop.
Do you know 4,000 or more ramen shop in Tokyo?
Ichiran is poplar and delicious indeed, but so many options !!
My favorite is "Dame na rinjin" which is located at Shinjuku and Ningyocho. Ginger soy source ramen is fantastic.
It's fun finding your favorite !!
Tokyo is off the charts and beyond description and immeasurable and indescribable and Sophisticated country

What the bleep do we know
People glaze up Japan so much. Went for 2 weeks and it was just chaotic and boring to be honest. Most overhyped trip I’ve ever went on. Will never go back.
Isn’t it scary to travel to Tokyo alone? Is it safe? Also worried when it comes to communication as I only speak English.
So creative and unique.
Having lived in Tokyo for 20 years, I think this video is a great guide for first time visitors!!! Please enjoy, and don't spend too much time in Kabuki-cho or follow the barkers into their chosen bars where they might over charge.
You’re gonna pull your hair out with the Tokyo subway system. From what I understand, each train line runs independent of the other. I had to buy 3 different tickets (at separate times), change trains FIVE TIMES, do a street level, 4 block transfer and spend 3.5 hours going from the Skytree Station to my hotel back in Tokyo Bay. Ridiculous!! This is coming from a guy who’s travelled the NYC, Chicago, Munich, Stuttgart, Seoul, Sophia, D.C. and Paris subway systems. The Tokyo subway is a JOKE! You’ll waste your money buying a ticket at one kiosk only to have another turnstile tell you the ticket is not valid. Here’s your donation Tokyo! F you!
DO NOT GO TO THE IMPERIAL PALACE. The palace grounds are CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC unless you pay $369 for a private tour. The Imperial “Gardens” are a joke. More like a miniature Central Park. Nothing is around the palace to salvage your day. It’s surrounded by a huge business district. Yasakuni is a 30 minute walk from the entrances to the Palace and Gardens around to the back side of the palace grounds. Hardly “just across the street”.
So well explained, thank you.
