Refund customer if you don’t render service
Expedia is a horrible company with the lowest customer service.
They booked me for travel, cancelled my hotel and booked another hotel for me.
The agent told me that I will get my refund within a few days.
When the refund was not forthcoming I called back for my refund… to my greatest shock I was told that the hotel will refund. When I called the hotel they said is Expedia.
Till now I haven’t received my refund.
I want them to refund me all my money 💰
This is daylight robbery and it’s not acceptable and will not be sustained.
